Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Store Manager for South Coast Plaza, a leadership role responsible for sales performance, client experiences, and operational excellence. This position leads a high-performing team within a premier luxury destination, partnering with regional leadership to translate priorities into actions and to elevate the Moncler brand both on-site and in the broader community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of five years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience, including managing a high-volume store or comparable business.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with accountability and inclusion.
• Strong commercial acumen interpreting KPIs, financials, and client insights to drive growth.
• Expertise in luxury client experience, clienteling, CRM, and relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance, achieving sales, profitability, productivity, client development, and operational objectives.
• Champion clientPromise and deliver exceptional, personalised luxury experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team with regular feedback and development planning.
• Ensure policy compliance and flawless store operations across all functions.
• Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to drive priorities and brand partnerships.
