Job summary

Moncler Americas seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performance luxury boutique. You will drive sales, client experiences, and store operations while coaching a talented team to deliver Moncler's client-centric standards.

Located in a premier Las Vegas destination, you will partner with regional leadership to execute business priorities, manage KPIs, and elevate brand presence through clienteling and events. This role demands strategic thinking, adaptability, and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience accepted in lieu.
• Minimum of five years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance, achieving sales, profitability, productivity, client development, and operational objectives.
• Develop and execute store-specific business strategies in partnership with Regional Leadership.
• Analyze KPIs, traffic, inventory performance, client trends, and market opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement across sales, conversion, UPT, CRM capture, productivity, repurchase rate, and inventory productivity.
• Manage store expenses, payroll, and scheduling while maximizing productivity and profitability.
