Moncler in Costa Mesa seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performing luxury team, drive client experiences, and manage operations in a premier South Coast Plaza boutique. You will translate business insights into actions that elevate sales and client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI-driven decision making, and expertise in clienteling, CRM, and retail technology to sustain exceptional service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of five years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen with KPI and financial insight.
• Expertise in luxury client experience, clienteling, CRM, relationships.
• Strong operational judgment across merchandising, inventory, payroll, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and retail tech.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance: sales, profitability, productivity, client development.
• Develop and execute store strategies with Regional Leadership.
• Analyze KPIs, traffic, inventory, client trends to drive results.
• Drive improvements in conversion, CRM, productivity, and shrink.
• Manage store expenses, payroll, scheduling for productivity.
• Champion Moncler Client Promise for personalized luxury experiences.
• Maintain visible clienteling and direct client engagement.
• Build culture of clienteling, CRM, and long-term relationships.
• Partner with teams to plan events and activations.
• Resolve escalations professionally to protect client relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop store team; succession planning.
• Recruit, onboard, retain luxury retail talent.
• Lead daily briefings; align with business priorities.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and brand partners.
• Support product launches and regional priorities with execution.
