TUMI Upper Eastside Store Manager position seeks an experienced leader to elevate client experiences and drive sales for a premier luxury brand in New York City. You will build strong client relationships, mentor staff, and steer operations to meet KPI targets while maintaining boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales and KPI targets (conversion, DPT, UPT, Client Data Capture).
• Lead by example; influence team; delegate tasks clearly; develop short- and long-term store strategies.
• Training and coaching: deliver content via roleplay, coach teammates, stay open to new ideas.
• Coaching and Feedback: articulate strengths, goals, opportunities; provide feedback; use tools for coaching.
• Networking and Recruiting: network regularly; ensure bench strength; plan for management succession.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adapt style up, laterally, and to team; uphold ethics.
• Operations & Compliance: manage schedules, timecards, payroll; monitor shipments and price changes; organize inventory.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure store follows visual guidelines and deliver superior client experience.
