Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, think strategically, and champion change.
• Train and develop: contribute to store training and coaching, support store manager with quarterly goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback: articulate strengths, goals and opportunities, use tools to support a 360-degree coaching culture.
• Communicate effectively: strong written and verbal skills; collaborate with team and promote organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance: payroll accuracy, adherence to policies, and visual guideline enforcement.
