• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs in a retail environment.
• Strong time management, initiative, and collaboration with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
• Lead with initiative, plan and prioritize, and drive change where needed.
• Develop and coach store associates, supporting quarterly goal setting.
• Communicate effectively with team and maintain ethical conduct at work.
