• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion and client data capture.

• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team; build bench strength for management.
• Manage store operations: scheduling, timecards, payroll, inventory planning.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure exceptional in-store client experience.
• Collaborate with corporate partners and drive affiliate client programs.
