Vince Fashion Outlet of Chicago in Rosemont, IL is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an elevated client experience.

You will recruit, onboard, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team while upholding Vince's standards for service, presentation, and operations. This role requires 3+ years in luxury retail management and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably luxury.
• Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations.
• Computer skills to include POS, Word, Excel and email.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds when merchandising and use ladders.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity to meet or exceed goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business through sales performance and local trends.
• Oversee controllable expenses to manage profitability.
• Develop clienteling strategies to build long-term loyalty.
• Set clear goals and communicate key metrics for success.
• Lead recruitment to attract and develop talent aligned with business needs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to the team.
• Conduct performance conversations and address issues per guidelines.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage based on demand.
• Oversee daily operations including paperwork, inventory, and other needs.
