Job summary

Vince is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate in Chicago to expertly drive sales and deliver a luxury brand experience. You will cultivate client relationships, understand fashion fabrics and design intent, and convert inquiries into confident purchases.

You will work to meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining brand standards, contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team and providing excellent service on the floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong selling instincts and ability to understand clients to close sales without pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Build deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and translate conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling behaviors on the floor to elevate the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory and visual standards.
