Qualifications

• Minimum five years of luxury retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive profitability.
• Strong clienteling, CRM, and relationship development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance, sales, profitability, productivity, and client development.
• Develop and execute store strategies in partnership with regional leadership.
• Analyze KPIs, traffic, inventory, and market trends to drive results.
• Coach and develop the store team; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure flawless operational execution and brand presentation.
