Job summary

Johnny Was, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in building a high-performing luxury sales team and delivering elevated client experiences. This role focuses on coaching, staff development, and achieving sales targets while upholding brand standards and exceptional service on the store floor.

Responsibilities include leading by example, analyzing selling reports, recruiting strong candidates, and ensuring effective operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a similar field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals through ongoing feedback and support.
• Lead the sales team by example through sales efforts and customer service on the salesfloor to increase profitability.
• Recruit high level candidates and maintain and develop a store team able to meet service and sales goals.
• Ensure customer and employee experience are prioritized and dress code is enforced.
