Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales plan while maximizing profitability.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations (opening, closing, returns, customer issues).
• Oversee inventory control and loss prevention; support quarterly stock counts.
• Train and mentor new associates; ensure adherence to brand standards and policies.
