Job summary

Johnny Was, LLC is seeking aStore Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in delivering elevated client experiences and driving store growth. You will coach staff, manage payroll and expenses, and partner with HR to address performance while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a strong eye for luxury fashion trends, exceptional communication, and the ability to forecast and budget to maximize store profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of sales management experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a similar field is preferred.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion, trends, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales plan while managing payroll and expenses.
• Staff the store and develop a high-performing team.
• Forecast, plan and budget to meet business needs.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive loyalty and business.
• Lead the sales team on the floor to increase profitability.
• Recruit and develop store management and staff to meet service and sales goals.
