Qualifications

• 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (days/nights/weekends/holidays).
• Ability to develop opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand penetration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Willingness to work in various roles on floor or in operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Lead and develop store sales and operations to meet targets.
