Job summary

Sébane? Sézane engages in New York's Upper East Side, seeking a Store Director to lead the boutique with a passion for luxury retail and exceptional guest service.

You will manage, train and motivate the store team, oversee operations, budgets and events, and collaborate with Paris HQ to drive business growth.

Fluent English is required; French language skills are a plus, with 5–7 years of retail leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Experience in luxury or fast-paced retail.
• French speaking is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and budgeting awareness.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Brand by delivering high-level customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage, train and motivate shop team; assist with hiring.
• Oversee all store operations including retail excellence, visual merchandising, and inventory logistics.
• Be accountable for shop budgets and financial targets.
• Monitor performance to maximize sales and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with Paris HQ team.
• Plan and execute store events and partnerships.
• Coach staff and conduct appraisals; recruit and develop team.
• Develop deep client relationships and loyalty initiatives.
