Responsibilities

• Represent the Brand by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge in-store.
• Manage, train and motivate shop team; assist with hiring and recruitment processes.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including retail excellence, visual merchandising, and inventory logistics.
• Be accountable for shop budgets and financial targets; identify growth opportunities.
• Develop commercial action plans, monitor expenses, and collaborate with Paris HQ.
• Plan and execute store events, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives.
