Sézane is seeking an ambitious Store Manager to lead our San Francisco shop. You will drive retail excellence, coach the team, and manage budgets while delivering exceptional client experiences that embody the Sézane ethos.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of retail management experience.
• Strong managerial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Autonomous, agile, entrepreneurial, results-driven.
• Experience in luxury or fast-paced retail preferred.
• French speaking is a plus.
• Motivated, proactive and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in-store with high service level and product knowledge.
• Manage, train and motivate shop team (assist with hiring).
• Oversee all shop operations (retail excellence, VM, inventory, logistics).
• Be accountable for shop budgets and financial targets and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance to propose commercial action plans to maximize sales and minimize costs.
• Monitor expenses and supply management.
• Develop open relationships with the Paris HQ team.
• Follow up on retail excellence programs.
• Coordinate with partners to resolve deliveries, stock, IT, maintenance, security.
• Ensure internal controls and inventory management quality.
• Plan and execute store events and partnerships.
• Coach staff and conduct appraisals; participate in recruitment and HR needs.
• Foster a strong client mindset and develop loyalty initiatives.
