Job summary

Sézane in San Francisco is seeking a creative, autonomous store leader to help write the next chapter of our US expansion. You will ensure every client’s experience is exceptional, while guiding a small, dynamic team across time zones and cultures to deliver luxury service with empathy and heart.

Responsibilities include maintaining retail excellence, optimizing inventory and visual standards, recruiting and coaching staff, managing budgets and local events, and collaborating with the Paris HQ

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in luxury or fast-paced fashion retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• French language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and deliver exceptional customer service at the SF store.
• Manage, train and motivate the store team, including recruitment.
• Oversee store operations: merchandising, inventory, and budgets.
• Plan events and partnerships to grow the business and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Paris HQ to align brand standards.
