Job summary

Sézane in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Store Director to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional client service, and uphold the brand’s Parisian luxury standards in-store. Based at Ponce City Market, you will recruit, train and coach the shop team, manage budgets and visual merchandising, coordinate special events and partnerships, and collaborate with Paris HQ to drive growth and client loyalty.

Qualifications

5–7 years of retail management experience.
Luxury or fast-paced retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
French language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent the Brand by delivering high-level customer service in-store.
Manage, train and motivate shop team (assist with hiring).
Oversee all operational aspects: visual merchandising, processes, inventory logistics.
Be accountable for shop budgets and financial targets.
Develop open relationships and collaborate with Paris HQ.
Plan and execute store events, activations and partnerships.
Coach staff and conduct appraisals; drive HR needs.
Drive client loyalty through strong clienteling and local initiatives.
