ETRO in Miami is seeking a Client Advisor / Key Holder to supervise daily sales operations and coach a high-performing team to deliver the Etro Experience. You will act as a product authority, promote the brand image, and drive loyalty while achieving store targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in luxury retail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve goals and KPIs.
• Lead a high performing customer-facing team and coach for the Etro Experience aligned with brand strategies.
• Manage customer flow to ensure the best service and follow-up on actions with associates.
