Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value experiences.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to reach KPIs.
• Lead a high performing customer-facing team and coach staff to provide the Etro Experience.
