Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry dynamics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed targets.
• Lead sales floor presence, client engagement and customer service.
• Analyze store profitability and KPI trends, report to management.
• Develop action plans with the VP of Retail and management.
• Recruit, train, coach and manage the store team.
• Manage stock levels and visual merchandising per directives.
• Organize events and community outreach with corporate teams.
