Job summary

ETRO is seeking a Client Advisor / Key Holder in Bal Harbour to supervise the sales team and ensure premium client experiences. You will coach staff, drive sales goals, and uphold ETRO standards across the store.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury retail, strong communication, and sharp organizational skills. You will partner with management to deliver Etro’s customer-centric experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value client experiences.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve goals and KPIs.
• Lead a high performing customer-facing service-oriented team with coaching and feedback.
• Manage customer flow to ensure best service and no client left unattended.
• Drive partnership between sales, stock, and operations teams on the selling floor.
• Coach in-the-moment and post-transaction follow-ups for opportunities.
