Job summary

ETRO in Dallas is seeking a Client Advisor / Key Holder to supervise the sales team and deliver the ETRO Experience to every client. You will coach staff, drive sales, and partner with store operations to meet goals while upholding brand standards.

The role requires a professional in the luxury sector with a track record of client service, strong communication, and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to lead and grow within the store.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve KPIs.
• Lead a high performing customer-facing team and coach staff to deliver the Etro Experience.
• Manage customer flow and ensure every client is serviced promptly.
• Drive collaboration between sales, stock, and operations teams.
• Provide on-the-spot and post-transaction coaching and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate store training with the Store Manager and use huddles/meetings to reinforce brand standards.
• Support opening/closing duties and uphold store security and POS procedures.
