Qualifications

• 3+ years in the luxury sector
• 5 years luxury retail or equivalent
• Managerial experience, problem solving, organized and detail oriented
• Team player with the ability to influence peers
• Confident, enthusiastic, and positive, with market/product knowledge/passion

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals set by the Store Manager
• Lead by example and uphold the client experience
• Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service
• Drive collaboration between sales, stock, and operations
• Partner with Store Manager to train teams and reinforce ETRO standards
• Support opening/closing of the store and secure assets
• Communicate needs and ideas to elevate business
• Enforce company policies and store procedures
• Handle client issues and manage store operations
