Job summary

ETRO in Florida is seeking a Brand Ambassador / Assistant Store Manager to motivate the sales team, deliver an exceptional client experience, and support store operations on the shop floor and in back-of-house activities.

You will lead by example, drive client engagement, manage customer flow, and partner with the Store Manager to train staff and achieve sales targets. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in the luxury sector.
• 5 years luxury retail or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals and meet targets set by the Store Manager.
• Lead by example and uphold the client journey and client experience at all times.
• Manage customer flow to ensure attentive service and no client is left unattended.
• Drive partnership on the selling floor between sales associates, stock associates and operations team.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive store goals and host training initiatives.
