Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in the luxury sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communicator with ability to interact professionally.
• Self-motivated, proactive, accountable for actions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value client experiences.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve KPIs.
• Lead a high-performing, service-oriented team and coach for Etro experience.
• Manage customer flow to ensure exceptional service and no unattended clients.
• Drive on-floor partnerships between sales, stock, and operations teams.
• Provide feedback in real-time and after transactions for follow-up actions.
