Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Assistant Manager, Stores to partner with the Store Manager in Houston to lead a team of Customer Experience Specialists and deliver exceptional client service. You will drive store metrics, oversee daily operations, and develop a high-performing team focused on the brand's values and inclusive culture.

You will coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, consignor education, and clienteling while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in store management or luxury/fashion retail.
• Experience with commissioned sales or retail operations is preferred.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff on product knowledge and sales skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Achieve supply and demand goals by delivering exceptional client experience and partnership with leadership.
• Manage day-to-day support for Customer Experience Specialists.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and encourage teamwork.
• Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, consignor education, and service skills.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and build brand loyalty.
