The RealReal in Manhasset, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving exceptional client service and business results. You will lead a team of Customer Experience Specialists, coach performance, and ensure smooth store operations to maximize supply and demand.

The role focuses on developing high-performing teams, delivering best-in-class client experiences, and maintaining operational excellence in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in store management, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
• Experience with commissioned sales or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve supply and demand goals by delivering exceptional client experience and partnering with Valuation Managers.
• Oversee day-to-day support for Customer Experience Specialists and foster teamwork.
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, consignor education, and service skills.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through training and inclusive leadership.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and build brand loyalty through top-tier service.
• Flex across store roles as needed and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
