Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Assistant Manager, Stores to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results. You will lead a team of Customer Experience Specialists to deliver best-in-class client experiences and meet supply and demand goals.

You will train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and consignor education while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment and leading by example on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in store management, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
• Experience with commissioned sales or retail operations.
• Confidence in performing employee touch-bases and performance reviews.
• Ability to strategically manage a sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Achieve supply and demand goals by delivering exceptional client experience.
• Manage day-to-day support for Customer Experience Specialists.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Lead store team when Store Manager is not on site; flex between roles as needed.
