Job summary

Coach in Houston, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, operations, and team development for a luxury fashion brand. You lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding Coach’s service standards.

You will forecast, plan, coach, and enable omni-channel initiatives while ensuring compliance and safety. The role requires leadership experience in retail and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: support store manager in forecasting, planning, and category initiatives.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: maintain Coach service standards and handle customer issues promptly.
• Lead & Develop Talent: recruit, onboard, and coach team members; build a talent pipeline.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: support virtual shopping, clienteling, and social media initiatives.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: oversee scheduling, HR processes, loss prevention, and merchandising standards.
