BIOLOGIQUE RECHERCHE is seeking a part-time Seasonal Client Advisor to inspire elegant guest experiences on the spa and retail floor. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, and support skin experts while promoting products.

You will maintain merchandising standards, assist with inventory, and help execute seasonal promotions, ensuring smooth front-desk operations and payments processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, retail or admin roles.
• Luxury experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and spa software (Mindbody, Booker, Zenoti).
• HS diploma; hospitality/business certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/out with elegance.
• Answer calls, manage bookings, and handle inquiries.
• Promote retail products and hit sales KPIs.
• Open/close procedures and secure the spa.
• Maintain spa software bookings and guest records.
