Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, retail, or administrative positions, luxury experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Mindbody, Booker, Zenoti and Microsoft Office.
• High School diploma; higher education and/or certifications in hospitality, wellness, or business preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, client-focused approach; high emotional EQ expected.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while upholding luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process with elegance and discretion.
• Coordinate between spa therapists, estheticians, and management to ensure service flow and schedule accuracy.
• Support retail performance through upselling and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Open/close procedures, securing the facility, and ensuring business readiness.
• Maintain spa software with accurate bookings and guest records; process payments and discounts.
