Biologique‑Recherche seeks a Client Advisor, PT Seasonal, to deliver luxury guest experiences on the spa and retail floor in Los Angeles. You will uphold brand standards, greet guests, manage bookings, and assist staff to ensure a calm, polished environment from arrival to departure.

You will actively promote retail, support inventory and merchandising, and process payments while coordinating with skin experts and team members for a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles, preferably in luxury settings.
• Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, Mindbody, Booker, Zenoti, etc.
• High School diploma or higher preferred in hospitality, wellness, or business.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious, seamless front‑of‑house support for spa and retail guests.
• Help achieve sales objectives through retail product promotion and brand standards.
• Support inventory management, shipments, and monthly counts; maintain spa software records.
• Assist skin experts, manage appointments, process payments, and ensure a world‑class guest experience.
