Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in customer service, retail, or administrative positions, with luxury experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, scheduling software, Mindbody, Booker, Zenoti
• High School diploma or higher education and/or certifications in hospitality, wellness or business preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, client-focused approach and strong emotional intelligence
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, remaining calm under pressure
• Highly collaborative and committed to upholding luxury service standards

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out with elegance
• Answer calls, manage bookings, and handle inquiries professionally
• Coordinate between spa therapists and management for scheduling and service flow
• Support retail sales and seasonal promotions with effective team selling
• Maintain merchandising standards and inventory records in spa software
• Process payments, apply discounts or packages as needed, ensure smooth transactions
• Assist in enforcing sanitation and cleanliness protocols in reception areas
• Keep spa software with up-to-date bookings and guest records
