Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, retail or administrative roles; luxury experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Mindbody, Booker, Zenoti).
• High School diploma; hospitality, wellness or business education considered a plus.
• Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence and clienteling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations with elegance and discretion.
• Manage bookings, calls, and guest inquiries in a professional manner.
• Drive retail sales and KPIs through effective team selling strategies.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and store readiness.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records and notes.
