Job summary

Puig Deutschland GmbH is seeking a part-time BYREDO client advisor for our Los Angeles location. The role centers on delivering exceptional client experiences, in-depth product knowledge, and personalized clienteling to drive sales in a luxury beauty environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, showcase a wide product portfolio across fragrance, makeup, and skincare, and collaborate with a high-energy team to exceed KPIs and enhance the client journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays (on an as needed basis).
• Proactive, adaptable and dependable attitude.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge on industry and market trends to evolve sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional BYREDO client experience and elevated selling approach.
• Build rapport with returning clients for personalized shopping experiences.
• Showcase BYREDO's product portfolio and curate recommendations.
• Exceed KPIs through cross-selling and strategic client relationships.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage client information and drive loyalty.
• Collaborate with store team during meetings to share ideas and retail strategies.
• Support continuous store operations and inventory management.
