Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment for customers entering the showroom and route them to the sales staff per store policy.
• Review open orders for accuracy and update customer information as needed.
• Perform routine office tasks for smooth showroom operation and presentation.
• Answer phones professionally when Reception is unavailable and manage the telephone system.
