Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center in Southern California is seeking a Showroom Concierge to greet customers, connect them with sales staff, and keep the showroom inviting. The role blends administrative support with frontline customer service in a fast-paced home-improvement environment.

Applicants should have at least two years in luxury retail or similar, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work 40 hours across weekends and some holidays. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in luxury retail, customer service, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with good listening abilities.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and match opportunities to sales staff based on store policy.
• Review and update open orders and customer information in the system.
• Perform routine office tasks for a professional showroom environment.
• Answer calls when Reception is unavailable, handle calls and voicemails professionally.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and coworkers to build rapport and ensure a great experience.
• Attend training to stay current on products and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support store operations across shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist with showroom display standards and seasonal decorations.
