Job summary

RIMOWA is seeking a Client Care Shipper / Receiver in our Long Island City, NY workshop. You will oversee inbound and outbound shipments for finished goods and supplies, coordinating with Inventory Control and partner teams to ensure accurate, timely communications across workshops, stores, and clients.

Based in our LIC workshop, this role supports shipping documentation, repair intake, and warehouse processes, with a focus on quality and efficiency in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting; strong professional communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with a resourceful, practical, and agile problem-solving mindset.
• Shipping documentation knowledge and understanding.
• Forklift license an asset – training and in-house certification will be provided by company.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Documentation: Determine shipping methods and prepare bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices.
• Receiving & Warehousing: Inspect incoming goods against invoices, verify contents, record shortages, reject damaged goods.
• Repair Intake Administration: Execute repair intake assessment, quotation, and invoice administration in RMS.
• Workshop Operations Coordination: Partner with Workshop, Retail, and Client Services teams to communicate repair and shipment status updates.
