Job summary

RIMOWA, based at our Long Island City workshop, seeks a Client Care Shipper / Receiver to oversee inbound and outbound shipments of finished goods and supplies. You will collaborate with Inventory Control and Client Services to align workflow across workshops, stores, and clients.

You will manage shipping documentation, use RMS software, assist with warehousing, and support repair intake and workshop operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting; strong professional communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with a resourceful, practical, and agile problem-solving mindset.
• Shipping documentation knowledge and understanding.
• Forklift license an asset - training and in-house certification will be provided by company.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Documentation: Determine shipping methods and prepare bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices.
• Receiving & Warehousing: Inspect incoming goods against invoices, verify contents, record shortages, reject damaged goods.
• Repair Intake Administration: Execute repair intake assessment, quotation, and invoice administration in RMS.
• Workshop Operations Coordination: Partner closely with Workshop, Retail, and Client Services teams to communicate repair and shipment status updates.
