Job summary

RIMOWA, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Client Care Inventory Control Specialist in our Long Island City workshop. You will oversee end-to-end inventory management, optimize stock for repair spare parts, and coordinate shipments to workshops, stores, and clients.

This role reports to the Client Care Assistant Manager AMERICAS. Key duties include inventory counts, shipment tracking, and collaboration with Workshop, Retail, and Client Services teams to communicate lead times and stock

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory management, supply chain, or operations experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and process adherence.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spare parts inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and accurate stock records.
• Manage weekly cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.
• Support repair intake, quote/invoice generation, and RMS workflow.
