The Client Care Shipper / Receiver oversees inbound and outbound shipments with a focus on finished goods and supplies. This role partners closely with the Inventory Control Specialist to ensure seamless logistics, communication, and alignment across workshops, stores, and clients.
This role reports to the Client Care Assistant Manager AMERICAS and is based in our Long Island City, New York workshop
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping & Documentation
- Determine shipping methods and prepare bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices.
- Utilize shipment carrier and Repair Management System (RMS) software.
- Assemble containers; pick, pack, sort, and crate goods, affixing identifying information and shipping instructions.
Receiving & Warehousing
- Inspect incoming goods against invoices, verify contents, record shortages, reject damaged goods
- Unpack, record, and organize incoming goods.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods; transport, load, and store materials throughout the facility.
- Transport stock and supplies as needed; maintain daily cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
- Manage and resolve Return-To-Sender shipments.
Repair Intake Administration
- Execute repair intake assessment, quotation, and invoice administration in RMS.
- Inspect new and used products to determine complete repair requirements.
Workshop Operations Coordination
- Partner closely with Workshop, Retail, and Client Services teams to communicate repair and shipment status updates.
- Support general workshop administration and team operations.

Profile
- 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting; strong professional communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player with a resourceful, practical, and agile problem-solving mindset.
- Shipping documentation knowledge and understanding.
- Forklift license an asset – training and in-house certification will be provided by company.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
