Porsche Jacksonville is seeking a positive team member to join our luxury dealership to provide a premium experience for internal and external customers. You will greet clients, assess vehicle concerns, and coordinate the repair process.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years as an automotive service advisor, strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and excellent communication. We offer comprehensive benefits, employee vehicle purchase programs, and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor, preferably with Porsche or luxury brands.
• Strong understanding of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first demeanor.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), scheduling software, and CRM tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; ability to operate automatics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, listen to concerns, and set realistic completion times.
• Conduct walk-around inspections and document vehicle conditions.
• Translate findings into clear estimates for customers and prepare parts/labor quotes.
• Administer warranty policies and service programs per Porsche standards.
• Monitor repair progress and provide status updates to customers; ensure CSI targets.
