Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with a customer-first demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and set realistic promised times for service completion.
• Document vehicle conditions and create accurate repair orders in the DMS.
• Provide detailed parts-and-labor estimates and translate technical findings for customers.
• Administer warranty policies and service programs according to brand standards.
• Monitor repair progress and communicate status updates while ensuring quality checks.
