You will translate technical findings into clear explanations, prepare detailed estimates, and ensure Warranty and service programs are applied correctly.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with a focus on a luxury experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team members.
• Experience with dealership systems and CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and listen to vehicle concerns.
• Conduct walk-around inspections and document vehicle condition.
• Provide detailed parts-and-labor estimates and explanations to customers.
