As a Service Advisor, you will greet clients, inspect vehicles, communicate findings, and prepare accurate repair orders and estimates while ensuring compliance with Porsche standards and warranty programs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 3+ years as automotive Service Advisor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Post-secondary automotive training is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, listen to vehicle concerns, and set realistic promised times for completion.
• Conduct walk-around inspections, document vehicle condition and warning lights, and open accurate repair orders in the DMS.
• Translate technical findings into clear, value-focused explanations and provide detailed parts-and-labor estimates.
