Coach in Orlando is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help deliver a luxury retail experience. You will welcome clients, operate the POS, process shipments, and keep the sales floor pristine while representing the brand with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, familiarity with cash registers, iPad/Mobile POS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap and stockroom organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Replenish and merchandise the sales floor; support visual updates.
• Assist customers and collaborate with team and management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow loss-prevention guidelines.
