Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Orlando to deliver warm, professional service at the cash wrap and maintain an organized sales floor. You’ll process shipments, support stock flow, and uphold brand standards while assisting customers and collaborating with the team.

Candidates should have retail experience, strong English communication, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment; flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury; strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency with cash handling and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Good attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
