The role requires engaging customers, handling POS transactions, restocking, and assisting with merchandising while upholding Coach standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury or fashion.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
